FastXE Ltd ("FastXE", "we", "us") provides multi-currency accounts, payment and currency-exchange services. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website and services. We act as the data controller for the information described here.
Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, address); verification documents required by law (ID, proof of address, company records); transaction data (payments, beneficiaries, balances); technical data (device, IP address, browser); and communications you send us.
To provide the services you request; to meet legal obligations including anti-money-laundering and sanctions rules; to prevent fraud; to improve our products; and, with your consent, to send you relevant updates. We do not sell personal data.
We share data only where necessary: with banking and payment partners to execute your transactions, with verification and fraud-prevention providers, with regulators and law enforcement where legally required, and with service providers bound by strict confidentiality.
We keep account and transaction records for as long as regulation requires (typically five years after the relationship ends) and delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. Contact privacy@fast-xe.com to exercise any right.
